For patients experiencing back, neck, or spine pain, the road to recovery starts with the experts at the Spine Care Center of Central PA-UPMC. By calling one phone number, 717-791-2630, patients will be connected to a dedicated intake coordinator who will schedule an appointment with a spine expert. During the patient's first visit, the provider will triage, assess, and provide a treatment plan.

 Our team of dedicated providers and nurse navigators provides each of our patients with expert coordinated care. Whether your treatment plan is nonsurgical or surgical, our staff will guide you through the process and help you get the right care as quickly as possible.

Our spine care providers and nurse navigators are specially trained in the treatment of nonsurgical, spine-related conditions and will map out and coordinate a comprehensive treatment plan which may include:
