We take pride in the quality of our products at Spartina 449. We stand behind the integrity of our designs and offer a 90-day limited customer service satisfaction warranty which covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the first 90-days of receiving your order.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

Spartina449.com will replace your item with the same item if available. If the item is unavailable, an e-gift card will be sent for the current listed price.

For purchases made on Spartina449.com please go to Contact Us. Please submit a photo of the item, a description of the defect, along with your purchase date and order number. Failure to provide all details will result in delays processing your request.

Please note, Spartina 449 reserves the right to refuse returns at our discretion.

Spartina 449 wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns of new, unused merchandise accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

When returning item(s) that qualified you for a free gift with purchase, please include the free gift with your return. If you would like to keep the free gift, the retail value of the gift will be deducted from your return amount.

We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of your purchase if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Select sale items and warehouse sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Please visit our return page for direction on how to return your on-line purchase. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for International orders.

Please note, a $5.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or web credit when using the prepaid return label provided. Additionally, your initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of that communication and will be issued in the form of the original payment or online credit.

Paypal Returns

When you use PayPal, we will refund you by the following: Online returns are refunded to your PayPal account We only accept even exchanges for PayPal returns — an additional form of payment or credit card is required for uneven exchanges. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders.

Shipping Errors & Damaged Products

Your happiness with your order is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive your new shipment damaged or defective item, we will gladly replace it or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Spartina 449 will provide a prepaid FedEx shipping label to expedite returns within the U.S. To receive our shipping label and arrange to replace your product, please contact our Customer Care team at 843-681-8860. Spartina 449 customers using a third-party shipping service are responsible for any shipping costs that may occur. Spartina 449 is not liable for any damages from a third-party shipping service.

Temporary COVID-19 notice: exchanges are still being accommodated by our customer care team, however, returns processing for exchanges is delayed by 2-3 weeks. Your new item will ship out as soon as your return is processed.

Where is the 9th Annual Spartina 449 Warehouse Sale?

The Warehouse Sale will be held at Hilton Head Island High School at 70 Wilborn Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926.



What types of tickets will be available?

1. $5 GENERAL ADMISSION Online/Advance Tickets: First-come, first-serve. Online sales begin promptly at 12:00 noon on June 14, 2021. A maximum of 5 tickets will be available for purchase per each transaction. Names of all attendees will be required, and proof of ID may be required upon entrance.

2. $50 GOLDEN TICKETS Online/Advance Tickets: First-come, first serve. ONLY 25 Limited-Edition Golden Tickets will be sold! Online sales begin promptly at 12:00 noon on June 14, 2021. A maximum of 2 Golden Tickets will be available for purchase per each transaction. Names of all attendees will be required, and proof of ID may be required upon entrance.



What is a Golden Ticket?

New for this year! Spartina is offering the chance to purchase a Golden Ticket that provides exclusive access to the event! The cost is $50 and allows for one entry each day for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The Golden Ticket holder can come at ANY TIME each day and will be allowed access with the next immediate ticket group using the special badge that is provided on the first day at registration. In addition to the time flexibility, this pass also comes with a special Mermaid treat bag at registration on the first day of the event as well!



Can I get a refund for my ticket purchase?

No. All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Proceeds will be donated to charity.



Will I have to stand in line?

You'll need check in with a staff member, giving them your first and last name and email address. Then you’ll be asked to line up outside. Please be prepared; you may have to wait for a period outdoors. Signage will indicate where to stand. We ask that you line up single file for social distancing purposes.



Do I have to be on time?

Yes, we are following a strict CDC capacity guidelines. If you arrive more than fifteen minutes after your time slot starts you may not be allowed to enter.



Do I have to bring my online, digital ticket to the sale?

You must either bring a print of your online ticket confirmation or you may show your e-ticket confirmation on your cell phone or tablet. Also, please bring a photo ID. If you bought tickets for friends or family, please make sure they know the tickets are under the person who bought them and bring a form of ID.



Will there be certain Covid safety guidelines in place?

Yes, we will be following the most recent recommended guidelines that the CDC has published. Fully vaccinated individuals will not be required to wear a mask outdoors and indoors at this event. A supply of disposable masks will be available for any customers that wants or needs one. Our overall capacity limits have been reduced more than 25% at this venue from the previous years and we are offering 3 ticketed day options instead of 2 in the past. Lastly, we will have hand sanitizing stations throughout the event venue. We are committed to hosting a safe event for our community and customers!



Can I bring my children? What is the cost for children?

To ensure no delays with your entrance to the sale, we encourage you to purchase tickets for children that will be attending the sale due to our strict capacity limits. If children cause a distraction or a problem for other shoppers, at the observation of event organizers, you will be asked to escort them out of the sale area.



Will there be indoor seating? Will there be outdoor seating?

We will make every effort to accommodate as many people as possible for indoor seating in the waiting area. However, this indoor seating will only be offered as available, to be determined by event organizers. There may also be "assigned seating" once indoors. If we cannot accommodate you indoors, you must wait outside. Outside, there will be very limited shade and only a few chairs available. Please be prepared for summer weather and dress appropriately (cool comfortable clothing and shoes, sun protection and water are recommended).



Will there be bathrooms on site?

There will be one restroom available before hand, and multiple bathrooms available by the indoor cafeteria.



Will there be refreshments?

This year, food trucks will be in the parking lot on select days of the event! There are also vending machines and water fountains inside the cafeteria. However, no open containers of food or beverage of any kind are allowed in the gym while shopping.



Will merchandise be replenished? Are there maximums?

Merchandise will be replenished at various times throughout Friday, Saturday and Sunday while supplies last. For 2021, maximums will be imposed on a variety of pieces. A maximum of 10 pieces of each category will be imposed per customer, but that number may change closer to the date, at event organizer's discretion.



What charity is being supported by this event?

All ticket holders will be supporting the Daufuskie Island Historic Foundation, Spartina 449’s main charity, proceeds from the purchase of each Warehouse Sale ticket.
