Unlock your AT&T phone or device

What if I’m on active military and I need to unlock my device?

When submitting an unlock device request, make sure to select Yes when asked if you’re deployed military. We’ll ask for your temporary or permanent change of station (TCS or PCS) military documents. If you have an installment plan, you’ll still pay your bill as normal. But you don’t have to pay off your installment plan before you can unlock your device.
